Refund Policy

Cancellation of Orders
Spatiq credit packs are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Once credits have been applied to your account, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.
If you believe a purchase was made in error and no credits have been used, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of the transaction by emailing info@spatiq.app with:
- Subject line: "Order Cancellation Request"
- Your registered account email address
- Your SafePay transaction reference number (from your payment confirmation email)
We will review the request and respond within 3 business days. Eligible cancellations will be refunded in full via SafePay within 7–14 business days. Requests received after 24 hours or where credits have already been consumed will not qualify.
Overview
Spatiq operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased in packs and used to generate AR models. Payments are processed by SafePay, a PCI-certified payment gateway. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
Credit Pack Purchases
Credit packs are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed and credits have been added to your account. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time, so we encourage you to start with a smaller pack if you are unsure.
Credits are added to your account automatically upon payment confirmation. In the rare event that a technical error prevents credits from being applied, contact us at info@spatiq.app and we will resolve it or issue a full refund.
AR Generation Failures
If an AR model generation fails for any reason — including Meshy.ai processing errors, worker timeouts, or technical issues on our end — the credit is automatically refunded to your account balance. You do not need to contact us for this; it happens instantly.
Automatic credit refunds apply to your Spatiq balance only and are not refunded to your original payment method.
Eligible Refunds to Payment Method
A refund to your original payment method (via SafePay) will be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error
- Payment confirmed but credits not applied due to a technical error and not resolved promptly
- Significant and unresolved technical issues that prevented you from using any credits
Partial refunds (e.g. for unused credits from a large pack) are not offered. We recommend purchasing credits in smaller quantities if you are testing the platform.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@spatiq.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address and your SafePay transaction reference number (found in your payment confirmation email).
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through SafePay and typically appear within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
